摘　　要：以文献计量学方法,结合中国的国情,研究了全球新出现的传统知识产权中与专利权有关的专利丛林问题和非专利实施实体问题,探讨了与商标权有关的国内外商标互相溢出现状及前景,并从文献计量学的视角,审视了网络知识产权与商标权的冲突,并预测了网络知识产权二手市场的未来发展规模与模式。By using the bibliometric method and connecting with China＇s national conditions, this paper studies the patent thickets and nonpracticing entities related to the patent rights emerging within the traditional intellectual property rights, probes into the current situation and prospect of the mutual overflow of domestic and foreign trademarks related to the trademark rights, and from the bibliometric perspective, examines the the conflicts between the network intellectual property rights and trademark rights, and forecasts the future development scale and model of the secondary market of the network intellectual property rights.
