摘　　要：分析了高职院校图书馆档案管理工作中存在的主要问题,提出了完善高职院校图书馆档案管理工作的建议和对策。This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the archives management of the library of higher vocational college, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for perfecting the archives management of the library of higher vocational college.
