摘　　要：文化是城市软实力的集中展现与反映,对一个城市的发展起到了隐形的凝聚作用,作为城市文化集中地的高校,有责任和义务为城市文化软实力的提升贡献自己的力量。阐述了城市文化软实力的核心概念,分析了城市文化软实力提升中高校行为导入的现实必要,提出了未来我国城市文化软实力提升中高校行为改善的方向与措施。The culture, which is concentrated expression and reflection of urban soft power, has an invisible cohesion function. Universities and colleges, being as the a camp of urban culture, have？the responsibility and obligation to contribute their strength for promoting urban cultural soft power. This paper expounds the core concept of the urban cultural soft power, analyzes the real necessity of introducing the behaviors of universities and colleges into the promotion of the urban cultural soft power, and puts forward the directions and measures for improving the behaviors of universities and colleges in the future improvement of the urban cultural soft power in China.
