摘　　要：在阐述智慧旅游概念和内涵的基础上,对国内外智慧旅游的发展现状进行了论述.以宁夏为例,通过分析发展智慧旅游的条件、现状,表明其具有基础完善;规划合理、目标明确;系统明晰,分期完工;动态监控,渠道创新等特点.并在此基础上结合宁夏实际,提出建设智慧城市、加大政府支持力度、打造宁夏丝路智慧游、引进培养智慧人才等发展策略,以期指导宁夏智慧旅游的发展,充分发挥宁夏智慧旅游建设的后发优势.The concept and meaning of wisdom tourism were described; the present situation of its development was discussed about home and abroad. Taking Ningxia as an example, the conditions for wisdom tourism and the present situation were analyzed. It shows that there are characteristics of perfect foundation, rational planning, clear objectives, clear system, completed engineering schedule, dynamic monitoring, innovative channel and more. To guide the development for Ningxia wisdom tourism,promote backward advantages of Ningxia wisdom tourism, development strategies were proposed on the basis of Ningxia characteristics and practice as the following： building smart city, strengthen the government support, developing Ningxia wisdom Silk Road Tour, and introducing and cultivating wisdom talents.
