摘 要:将聚苯乙烯泡沫制备成圆柱体和方箱两种芯模,依据国家标准对现浇混凝土聚苯乙烯成孔芯模空心楼板的耐火性能进行测试和评价,记录破坏程度及破坏时间。结果表明,试验过程中,聚苯乙烯成孔芯模因高温下发生熔融分解,会对现浇空心楼盖造成一定程度的损坏,损坏程度与聚苯乙烯成孔芯模体量有关;受火面聚苯乙烯芯模表面的混凝土厚度越薄,楼板的破坏程度越大。According to the Chinese National Standard,the fire resistant performance of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floors with polystyrene foam as pore-forming moulds was tested,and degree of destruction and time was recorded.The polystyrene foam was prepared in two kinds of mode,cylinder and cube.Results showed that,during the test,the polystyrene foam was melt and decomposed for high temperature,causing some degree damage to cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor and the damage degree could be connected with polystyrene foam pore-forming moulds.The thicker of the concrete covering on the poreforming moulds was,the less damage was caused to the floor.
