摘  要:二次短路是火焰或热烟气辐射、热对流对导线绝缘层的破坏作用导致线路发生短路的过程。首次提出采用密度法对单股、多股铜导线在不同烟气浓度、不同温度时二次短路发生之后形成的喷溅熔珠进行特征规律的研究。结果表明,单股铜导线喷溅熔珠密度大于多股铜导线;烟气浓度增大,铜导线喷溅熔珠密度值减小;温度升高,熔珠密度值增大。The secondary short circuit could make the copper wires melting and disconnecting under the conditions of the flame firing and the radiation of hot soot and the heating convection.The article firstly put forward the secondary short circuit splashing-melted beads density law of the influences from the potency of the soot gases and the temperature of environment by density-method.The results showed that as to the average density of secondary short circuited plashing melted beads(SSCPMB),one-strand copper wire was bigger than that of multi-strand copper wire;as smoke density increased,the density decreased;the density grew along with the temperature.
