摘　　要：研究水浴淬火中钢丝的冷却过程。通过对比分析和假设,将热质交换中加热升温的理论和经验公式用于水浴淬火中钢丝冷却过程的模拟计算,并利用excel的计算和曲线作图能力,建立完整的水浴淬火冷却过程模拟计算表。采用该表计算输出的冷却曲线与采用冷却曲线测定仪测定的冷却曲线吻合性非常好,计算出的水浴工艺参数与实际生产参数也有较好的吻合性。表明对水浴溶液物性参数的测定,会提高模拟计算的准确性。To research steel wire cooling process in water bath quenching. Through comparative analysis and hypothesis,the theory and empirical formula of heat temperature rise in heat and mass transfer are applied to steel wire cooling process simulated calculation in water bath quenching,and use excel calculation and curve drawing ability,complete water bath quenching cooling process simulated calculation table is established. The agreement of cooling curve outputted by adopting the table calculation and determined cooling curve by adopting cooling curve test apparatus is good,the calculated water bath parameters and actual production parameters are in good agreement. Results show the determination of water bath solution parameters can improve accuracy of simulated calculation.
