摘 要:CIVA软件是应用于无损检验的专业仿真平台,它由仿真、成像和分析模块组成,可以用来设计或者优化检测工艺,预测在实际无损检验中的检测能力。采用CIVA仿真平台对板对接、管对接焊缝的射线检验过程进行建模仿真,研究放射源、透照方式、曝光次数等参量对射线检验底片质量的影响,结果表明:CIVA仿真平台可以有效再现射线检验过程,并预测实际检测中的工艺,从而达到优化射线检验的工艺。The CIVA software is the professional simulation platform which is applied to nondestructive inspection.It is composed of simulation,imaging and analysis.It can be used to design or optimize the detection process,in predicting the actual ability of NDT inspection.In this paper,the ray inspection process of plate butt welding and tube butt welding was modeled and simulated using simulation platform of CIVA.The effects of radiation source,transillumination,exposure times and other parameters on the radiographic inspection film quality were studied.The results show that the simulation platform of CIVA can effectively reproduce the Radiographic inspection process,and predict the actual process of detection,so as to achieve process optimization of radiographic examination.
