摘 要:以断铅试验为例模拟材料的断裂损伤事件,进行声发射特征参数和损伤源定位的试验研究,采用小波变换对声发射信号进行分解和重构。结果表明:声发射计数、能量和有效值对断铅具有较高的检测灵敏度;仅依据声发射幅值并不能判断铅芯断裂释放的声发射信号能量的高低。采用4层小波变换将断铅声发射信号分解到不同的频率段并进行重构,将高频接触摩擦信号和低频噪音信号滤除,能准确提取铅芯断裂特征信息。通过布置多个传感器对断铅位置进行定位的方法完全可行,时差线定位偏差不超过10 mm。Material fracture damage event was simulated based on breaking lead test. Acoustic emission( AE) characteristic parameters and damage source location were experimentally investigated, respectively. AE signals were decomposed and reconstructed using wavelet transform method. The results show that AE characteristic parameters, such as counts, energy and effective value( root mean square, RMS) were highly sensitive for breaking lead event. However, energy level of AE signals can not be judged by AE amplitude. AE signals generated by breaking lead were decomposed and reconstructed in different frequency bands by four-layer wavelet transform.It is achieved that high-frequency contact friction signals and low-frequency noise signals were filtered. Characteristic information due to lead fracture was accurately extracted. It was feasible that position of breaking lead was located by layout more sensors. Deviation of time lag dimensional location was less than 10 mm.
