摘　　要：为有效测量无线对讲机的信号发射瞬态指标,在分析IEC61097-12——1996《全球海事遇险与安全制度.第12部分:救生船用便携式双向VHF无线电话操作与性能要求.检验方法和预期检验结果》标准的基础上,提出利用实时频谱分析仪测试发射瞬态的方法。实际测试表明:该方法可满足VHF无线电话发射瞬态的测试,具有操作方便、利于存储、数据处理快捷等优点。In order to test the index of the launch transient of VHF wireless telephone effectively,a way of using real-time spectrum analyzer to test launch transient was proposed by analyzing the standard IEC61097-12——1996 Global maritime distress and safety system. Part 12： Survival craft portable two-way VHF radiotelephone apparatus-Operation and performance requirements, methods of testing and required test results. The test results show this method can meet VHF wireless phone launch transient test using a real-time spectrum analyzer and has the advantages of convenient operation, conducive to the storage, fast data processing etc.
