摘　　要：经典的战略协同研究从根本上说没有贯彻复杂思维,而战略协同从本质上说是复杂的,因此应在复杂科学的视域下对其展开讨论。本文将复杂科学的自组织协同机制应用到企业战略协同中,提出了自组织战略协同的概念,分析了自组织战略协同的特点,解析了自组织战略协同管理的过程。In view that the theories of classic strategic synergy don＇t implement complex thinking and that strategic synergy is of complex issue,therefore it is necessary that we explore the issue in background of the complex science. This paper applies self-organization theory into strategic synergy of enterprise and puts forward the concept of strategic synergy based on self-organization,and analyzes the features of strategic synergy based on self-organization,and gives explanation to the management process of strategic synergy based on self-organization.
