军队后勤保障社会化体系顶层设计方法研究

摘　　要：论证了军队后勤保障社会化问题是一个体系问题,结合我军后勤保障社会化发展现状,指出应采用体系工程方法进行科学的顶层设计,论述了军队后勤保障社会化体系需求工程和结构工程的基本内容。The civilization of PLA Logistics supporting is the process of construction of Logistics System-of-Systems. Judging from the current situation of the civilization of PLA Logistics supporting,this paper pointed out the top-level design of PLA Logistics System-of-Systems which should be carried out with System-of-Systems Engineering（ So SE） method. The Requirement Engineering and Architecture Engineering of PLA Logistics System-of-Systems were emphatically discussed.
