摘  要:侧根是植物吸收水分和养分的重要器官,随着人们对植物侧根研究的不断深入,在植物中发现了大量与侧根发育相关的基因。不完全统计了从2000至2014年发表的与拟南芥侧根生长发育相关的69个基因,按照突变体表型分为三类,结果显示,在69个基因中有57个基因与侧根数目相关,7个基因与侧根长度有关,5个基因影响侧根形态。这些基因中有48个基因与激素相关,其中生长素相关基因36个,说明生长素对侧根发育具有重要作用。从侧根数目、侧根长度、侧根形态3个方面论述了基因对侧根生长发育的作用,为系统揭示拟南芥侧根形成的调控网络提供参考。Lateral roots are important organs of plant to absorb water and nutrients,a lot of genes associated with lateral root development were found in the plant with more and more researches. 69 lateral root development of related genes in Arabidopsis thaliana were incompletely got from 2000 to 2014,and classified into three categories according to the mutant phenotype. The results showed that 56 genes of 69 genes were associated with the number of lateral roots,7 genes were associated with the lateral root length,and 6 genes affected lateral root morphology. There were 48 hormone-related genes,including 36 auxin-related genes,which indicated that auxin played an important role in lateral root development. This article summarized lateral root growth and development genes from lateral roots number,lateral root length,lateral root morphology,which provided the basis for further study of regulatory network of Arabidopsis lateral root development.
