摘  要:为满足MTBE联合装置对温度控制的要求,设计了联合装置温度控制系统。介绍了联合装置温度控制系统的工作原理,针对被控对象的特点,建立和分析了系统的数学模型,并采用前馈和变论域模糊控制相结合的复合控制方法,设计了系统的硬件结构和软件结构。实验结果表明本文设计的温度控制系统具有较强的抗干扰性和鲁棒性,可以满足联合装置对温度控制精度和稳定性的要求。To design a three phase AC/DC converter which can meet the needs of the advanced fighter jet's start in the ground, a Switching Mode Power Supply design method is proposed. three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier in which the first stage is the three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier and the second stage is phase-shift full bridge zero-voltage-switching(PS-FB-ZVS) converter. In order to solve the problem that three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier is vulnerable to the disturbance of load and grid voltage, a feed-forward control strategy by αβ transform is proposed based on the power balance relationship between the input and output of rectifier. Feed-forward signal includes the information of both grid voltage and DC side load. Power balance between the input and output can be maintained by adjusting AC side currents. The principle and working process of the PS-FB-ZVS converter is studied in detail, and its small signal model is established and analyzed, and then the control system based on average current mode and a phase shift PWM generation method are designed. The results verify the proposed analysis and design.
