摘　　要：介绍了产业技术联盟的内涵和推动装备制造业技术创新的实现方式,并以上海智能电气装备产业技术创新战略联盟为例分析了技术联盟的运行方式和成功因素,指出产业技术联盟创新体系对提升我国的技术创新能力有着重要的现实意义。This article introduces the connotation of industry technology and the promotion of equipment manufacturing industry technological innovation realization. We took the example of Shanghai intelligent electrical equipment industry technology innovation strategic alliance to analyze the operation modes and success factors of technology alliance. And we points out that the innovation system of industrial technology alliance has important practical significance to promote our country＇s technological innovation capability.
