摘  要:针对涡街流量计抗干扰性能差、量程窄的问题,研制了一种抗干扰性能优的通用涡街流量传感器,从涡街信号的源头加以改进,提高了涡街信号的信噪比和灵敏度;并对涡街流量传感器输出信号的过程导线及初级信号处理电路的信号屏蔽和保护措施加以改进;研制的样机经气体流量标准装置等设备测试验证,不仅能抵抗1.5g以下的机械振动干扰,而且实现了大于20:1的宽量程比性能。In view of the problems such as poor anti-disturbance performance and narrow measuring range of vortex shedding flowmeter(VSF),a common vortex flow sensor with good anti-disturbance performance is invented,being improved from the source of vortex street signal,which highly improves Signal to Noise Ratio(SNR) and sensitivity of vortex street signal.In addition,it improves the wire for outputting signals by vortex flow sensor and the signal shielding and protective measures of primary signal processing circuit.The test on its prototype by standard equipment such as gas flow calibration facility shows that it not only can resist mechanical vibration interference less than 1.5g but also realizes the wide-range performance greater than 20:1.
