摘 要:为研究XJM-S型浮选机叶轮锥角对搅拌功率的影响,利用相似放大准则,并结合经验参数,研制出XJM-S 0.5型小浮选样机及五组不同锥角的叶轮,通过构建功率测试平台,对各组叶轮在不同浸没深度与转速条件下进行了功率测试。试验结果表明:在90°~130°范围内,锥角为130°的叶轮搅拌功率最高,90°锥角叶轮次之,100°、110°、120°锥角叶轮搅拌功率相近且最低;叶轮锥角变大,搅拌功率随浸没深度增加有升高趋势,且转速越高趋势越明显;搅拌功率的实测值与通过相似准则计算的理论值相比,在低转速区实测值比理论值高,在高转速区实测值比理论值低;功率因数随叶轮转速的升高在1~2之间逐渐降低。To understand the effect of taper angle of XJM- S flotation machine impeller on agitation power,based on scale- up principle and proven parameters,small XJM- S 0. 5 type flotation machine model and impellers stators with different five groups of taper angles are developed,what's more,power of each group impeller stator is measured under the condition of different submersion depth and rotating speed. The results show that: within the limits of 90°- 130°,the biggest agitation power of impeller is obtained at 130° taper angle,and the agitation power of impeller at 90° taper angle comes second; the minimum agitation power at 100° taper angle is close to that at 110°,120° taper angle; the bigger taper angle,agitation power will tend towards rising with the submersion depth increasing,moreover,obvious tendency happens in higher rotating speed; as for agitation power value,measured value is higher at slow rotating speed area and smaller at high rotating speed than theoretical value received by scale- up principle; power factor becomes small gradually step by step with rotating speed of impeller increasing.
