摘  要:吕家坨选煤厂粗煤泥含量高,细泥含量大,由于水力分级旋流器组脱泥效果较差,造成重介旋流器系统分选效率低,精煤灰分难以控制,介耗高等问题。针对此问题,在水介三锥角旋流器的结构及工作原理分析基础上,通过实验室与现场试验研究,设计了粗煤泥分选工艺方案,从而解决了吕家坨选煤厂的粗煤泥分选问题,提高了原煤入选量和精煤产品质量的合格率,降低了介耗。In consideration of lower separation efficiency of heavy medium cyclone system caused by worse desliming result of hydrocyclone used for separating more coarse slime with more fines in Lvjiatuo coal preparation plant,which will result in having difficulty controlling ash of clean coal and high medium consumption,according to laboratory and field test,coarse coal slime separation technology is designed by analysis of structure and working principle of hydrocyclone. The application shows that this technology can serve coarse coal slime well with higher capacity of washing raw coal,reducing medium consumption.
