摘　　要：介绍了水煤浆产品的重要性及其现状,阐述了制浆工艺环节,并着重分析了浮选精煤制浆工艺。根据机械搅拌式浮选机的特点,结合其在山东自强工贸制浆厂使用情况,论述了机械搅拌式浮选机在浮精制浆工艺中的优势,为机械搅拌式浮选机在煤泥制浆领域的应用提供了借鉴。The importance and present conditions of coal water mixture are introduced,and coal water mixture preparation technology is explained,then it focuses on analysis of this technology by flotation concentrate. Based on subaeration flotation machine features and its application in CWM preparation plant of ziqiang industry and trade company of Shandong,the subaeration flotation machine has remarkable advantage in the process of preparing coal water mixture by flotation concentrate,which can provide reference for application of this equipment in slime CWM preparation industry.
