摘 要:试验主要研究了加拿大双低菜粕对奶牛产奶性能的影响,为加拿大双低油菜籽粕在奶牛生产中的科学应用提供理论依据和实践指导。试验采用单因素完全随机设计,选择32头荷斯坦奶牛,按年龄、体重、胎次、泌乳期与产奶量随机分组。试验包括2部分。第一部分,日粮粗蛋白含量为14.5%,将16头奶牛随机分为对照组与双低菜粕组,每组8头牛,对照组不饲喂双低菜粕,双低菜粕组在精饲料中添加10%的双低菜粕,替代精饲料中全部的豆粕和棉粕。第二部分,日粮粗蛋白含量为12.5%,将16头奶牛随机分为对照组与双低菜粕组,每组8头牛,对照组不饲喂双低菜粕,双低菜粕组在精饲料中添加5%的双低菜粕,替代精饲料中全部的豆粕和棉粕。试验期75 d,其中预饲期15 d,正饲期60 d。结果表明:蛋白含量为14.5%的双低菜粕组可以提高产奶量,在整个试验期内,平均每头奶牛每天多产奶0.76 kg,对乳成分没有显著影响(P>0.05),与对照组相比,双低菜粕组的平均乳脂量、乳蛋白量显著增加(P<0.05)。在奶牛日粮中蛋白含量为12.5%时,双低菜粕组对奶牛产奶性能没有显著的影响(P>0.05)。因此合理使用加拿大双低菜粕提高奶牛产奶性能,从而提高经济效益。dairy cows to provide theoretical basis for addition of canola meal in diet of dairy cows. Thirty two Hol-stein dairy cows were divided into groups, which were similar to health condition, body weights, pari-ties, lactation periods and milk production. The experiment included 2 parts. The first part, under thediet containing 14.5% crude protein, sixteen dairy cows were randomly allocated to control group andcanola meal group of eight individuals in per group. The control group diet was not fed with canolameal, the canola meal group diet with 10% canola meal instead of soybean meal and cottonseeds meal.The second part, sixteen dairy cows were randomly assigned to control group and canola meal groupwith eight cows in each group under the diet containing 12.5% crude protein. The control group dietwas not fed with canola meal, the canola meal group diet with 5% canola meal instead of soybean mealand cottonseeds meal. The trail lasted 75 d, consisting of 15 d for adaptation and 60 d for experimentalmeasurements. The results showed that: the diet containing 14.5% crude protein of canola meal grouphad no significant influences on milk composition(P〉0.05), however, fat yield and protein yield were in-creased(P〈0.05) and milk yield was increased0.76 kg per head per day compared with controlgroup. The diet containing 12.5% crude proteinof canola meal group had no significant influenc-es on milk yields(P〉0.05).
