摘　　要：抗菌肽作为动物自身免疫系统的重要组成成分,在抗细菌、真菌、病毒、肿瘤等方面起到一定的作用。抗菌肽的广谱性、无残留以及对正常细胞的无害性等特性受到诸多研究者的重视,在养殖业以及其它生物健康领域有望成为代替抗生素的新型药物。文章简单介绍抗菌肽的分类、结构特点、作用机制,着重综述近几年抗菌肽在水产养殖上对动物生长、免疫力以及抗病菌作用等的影响。最后,根据抗菌肽的应用现状,笔者对抗菌肽的应用前景进行展望。Antibacterial peptides are important components of animal＇s immune system, which play acertain part in the activity of anti-bacteria, anti-fungi, anti-virus. As the broad spectrum activity, noremains and no harm to normal cells of antibacterial peptides are valued by many researchers, theywish that antibacterial peptides can become new drugs instead of antibiotic in the field of breedingand other biological health. The article introduces the classification, structural characteristics and ac-tion mechanism briefly, and emphatically reviews the effects on animal growth, disease resistance andso on in aquaculture. Finally, according to the application status of antibacterial peptides, the authorputs forward the outlook of application prospects in the future.
