摘 要:丁香叶中不同的化学成分有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎镇痛、保肝利胆及增强机体免疫力等药理作用。本试验测得丁香叶提取液浓度为0.2 g/ml时对猪体内采集的大肠杆菌K1的抑菌圈直径为10 mm,对猪体内采集的大肠杆菌K2的抑菌圈直径为13 mm;浓度为0.8 g/ml的丁香叶提取液对猪体内采集的大肠杆菌K1的抑菌圈直径为20 mm,对猪体内采集的大肠杆菌K2的抑菌圈直径为21 mm。试验结果表明,丁香叶提取物抑菌效果良好,并且浓度增加,效果更佳。丁香叶总黄酮提取液对猪源性大肠杆菌K1和K2的最低抑菌浓度值为1 000μg/ml。The different chemical components in folium syringae have pharmacological functions,suchas antibiosis,antivirus,anti-inflammation and analgesia,liver-protection,enhancement of the body im-munity,etc.In this experiment,when the extract concentration from folium syringae was 0.2 g/ml,the in-hibitory zone diameter of E.Coli K1 collected in pigs was 10 mm,and the inhibitory zone diameter ofE.Coli K2 was 13 mm; when the extract concentration from folium syringae was 0.8 g/ml,the inhibito-ry zone diameter of E.Coli K1 collected in pigs was 20 mm,and the inhibitory zone diameter of E.Co-li K2 was 21 mm.The results showed that antibacterial effect of folium syringae extract was well,andwith the concentration increasing,the effect was better.The minimal inhibitory concentration of foliumsyringaetotle flavonoids on E.Coli K1 and E.Coli K2 was 1 000 μg/ml.
