摘  要:试验旨在分析螺旋藻对长臀鮠血清和肝脏的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力及丙二醛(MDA)、血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量的影响。选用450尾平均体重为(6.32±0.62)g的长臀鮠为试验对象,设置5组,每组3个重复,饲养60 d。结果显示:添加螺旋藻对血清MDA的影响不显著;1%添加组的肝脏CAT最高,比对照组提高了41.23%;2%添加组的肝脏SOD、血清CAT活力最高,分别提高了4.69%和36.94%;3%添加组的血清SOD和肝脏MDA水平最优,前者提高了78.15%,后者降低了71.38%;试验组血清TC和TG水平有下降的趋势,其中2%组TC下降最多(29.23%);TG则以3%组下降最多(18.75%),2%组次之。由此可见,饲料中添加螺旋藻能一定程度上改善抗氧化水平和调节脂代谢,以2%添加量作用效果最好。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of Spirulina on the serum and liv-er SOD,MDA,CAT and serum TC,TG.450 Cranoglanis bouderius multiradiatus with(6.32 ± 0.62) gwere divided into 5 groups,with 3 replicates in each group.The results showed that: serum MDA wasnot significantly changed with the Spirulina additive.Liver CAT in 1% added group was increased by41.23% than the control group.Liver SOD and serum CAT in 2% added group were increased by4.69% and 36.94%,respectively.Serum SOD and liver MDA in 3% added group showed the best,theformer was increased by 78.15%,and the latter was reduced by 71.38%; TC and TG levels of se-rum in experimental groups showed downward trends,in which 2% group decreased the most of TC(29.23%); 3% group of TG decreased the most(18.75%),the 2% group ranked the second.Thus,addingSpirulina can improve the antioxidant activity and lipid metabolism,with the best effect of 2% group.
