高职校内生产型实训基地管理模式的探索

摘　　要：校内实训基地是培养专业技能人才的主阵地,是校企合作、服务社会的主要平台。因此,建设符合专业特色的校内生产型实训基地,有利于课程建设、人才培养、师资建设、校企合作、社会辐射等诸多方面的发展,对应用型专业发展起到了积极的推动作用。本文研究了实训基地管理中存在的主要问题,探索了焊接专业校内生产型实训基地的管理模式。The school training base is the main land to develop professional skills talents, is the main platform of university-enterprise cooperation and serve the society. Therefore, construction in line with the professional characteristics of campus productive practice base, is advantageous to the curriculum construction, personnel training, teachers construction, cooperation between colleges and society to the development of many aspects, such as radiation,to applied professional development has played a positive role in promoting. This paper studies the management of the main problems existing in the practice training bases, explores the welding professional on-campus production-oriented training bases of management mode, etc.
