摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病合并高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)与臂踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)的相关性。方法 60例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者,根据有无颈动脉内中膜增厚分为颈动脉内中膜无增厚组(无增厚组)31例和颈动脉内中膜增厚组(增厚组)29例,所有患者均测量ba PWV。结果增厚组的ba PWV明显高于无增厚组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 ba PWV与IMT之间具有显著相关性。Objective To investigate correlation between intima-media thickness（IMT） and brachialankle pulse wave velocity（ba PWV） in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension patients. Methods A total of 60 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were divided by occurrence of thickened intima-media into non-thickened intima-media group（non-thickened group） with 31 cases and thickened intima-media（thickened group） with 29 cases. ba PWV was detected in all patients. Results The thickened group had much higher ba PWV than the non-thickened group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion There is a close correlation between ba PWV and IMT.
