摘　　要：农村新社区的建设市建设社会新农村的应有之义,提高农村新社区建设质量,对实现城乡和谐具有十分重要的作用。但目前依然存在社区规划不合理,新社区建设投入不充足,新社区功能服务不完善,居民参与建设意愿不强等方面的问题。针对这些问题,必须要因地制宜进行科学规划,加大资金投入,完善社区服务功能,鼓励社区居民积极参与建设,如此方能提高农村新社区建设质量。The construction of new rural community shall be part of the construction of socialist new countryside,to improve the construction quality of new rural community is of important significance to achieve harmony between urban and rural areas.But now there is still many problems,for example,community planning is not reasonable,the new community construction investment is insufficient,the functional service in new community is not complete, residents＇ willingness to participate in construction is not strong and so on.To solve these problems,it is necessary to adjust measures to local conditions for scientific planning,increase capital investment,perfect community service function,encourage residents in community to actively participate in construction, so as to improve the construction quality of new rural community.
