摘　　要：近年来,高铬耐磨铸铁辊套得到了广泛的应用,对其研制方法进行分析有利于设计出性能更加优越的铸铁辊套。要保证高铬耐磨铸铁辊套的性能,须把握铸造成分选择、铸造工艺设计、质量控制等细节。In recent years,high chromium wear-resistant cast iron roller set has been widely used,and the development of the method of analysis is conducive to design a better performance of cast iron roller.In this paper,the chemical composition and solidification characteristics of high chromium wear-resistant cast iron roll sleeve are analyzed,and the development of high strength and high performance roll sleeve is completed.
