摘　　要：在经济和城市化的高速发展过程中,生态环境成为了最大的牺牲者。纵观日本二战后的发展史亦如此。通过日本国民自主努力和日本环保法律法令的规范,日本拥有了今天让世界赞叹和向往的生态环境。日本环境治理的特点与经验可为赣州城市建设提供一些借鉴。In the process of the high speed development of economy and urbanization, the ecological environment has become the biggest victim.So did Japan after the second world war. However,through efforts made by Japanese people and a series of environmental policies and rules made by the Japanese government,environment in Japan nowadays is the shining example of the world.The characteristics and experiences of environmental governance in Japan can provide some reference for the construction of Ganzhou City.
