利胆祛石口服液药效学研究

摘　　要：利胆祛石口服液大、中、小剂量 (11.0 ,5 .5 ,2 .75 g/ kg)灌胃给药能使家兔胆总管生物电的频率增加、幅度增高 ,尤其是大剂量组作用非常显著。将人胆固醇和胆色素胆石植入兔胆囊内 ,观察到利胆祛石口服液大剂量组对胆固醇结石溶石作用有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。体外溶石实验提示 ,利胆祛石口服液对胆固醇结石和胆色素结石有溶石倾向 ,但无统计学意义。醋酸扭体法和热板法镇痛实验表明 。The objective of the study is to investigate the gallstone dissolving effects of Lidan Qushi oral liquid by the way of planting human gallstone into rabbit gallbladder.The results showed that this liquid at the dosage of 11.0 g/kg had the effect of dissolving gallstone (P<0 05).Results of experiment in vitro showed that this liquid had the trend of dissoloving gallstone,but no statistic significance.Pharmacological experiments in mice showed that this liquid had the effect of relieving pain.
