摘  要:通过对黄金鲫添加不同水平植酸酶的全植物蛋白饲料,研究黄金鲫肠道和肝胰脏对其钙磷离体消化率的影响。选取初始体质量为(10.71±0.16)g的黄金鲫幼鱼为研究对象,对照组添加磷酸二氢钙,试验组添加中性植酸酶,梯度依次为0、300、600、900、1 200 U/kg。结果表明:随着饲料中植酸酶添加量的逐渐增加,随消化时间变化肠道和肝胰脏对钙磷离体消化率都有逐渐升高的趋势,饲料钙离体消化率高于饲料磷离体消化率,当植酸酶添加量在600-900 U/kg时,饲料钙、磷的离体消化率最好。The experiment was studied the effects of the digestibility of the calcium and the phosphateon gut and liver of Carassius auratus in vitro by adding different phytase levels of the whole plant pro-tein diet. With an average weight of(10.71±0.16) g, while calcium dihydrogen phosphate was added inthe control group, the test groups were supplemented with different levels of phytase(0, 300, 600, 900,1 200 U/kg). The results showed that with the supplementation increased of phytase in diets, the digest-ibility of the calcium and the phosphate on gut and liver in vitro has a gradually increased tendencyalong with the digestion time. Results of calcium phosphate digestibility in vitro on Carassius auratusshowed that the calcium digestibility in vitro on more higher than that in phosphate. Supplementationof phytase in 600-900 U/kg is good for the digestibility of diet calcium and phosphorus.
