摘 要:目的观察生物共振系统治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效,探讨其治疗荨麻疹的免疫学作用机制。方法应用生物共振系统对50例慢性荨麻疹患者进行脱敏治疗,采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法(ELISA),检测50例慢性荨麻疹患者治疗前后及30例健康对照组血清中Ig E、IL-4、IL-17、IL-23、及IFN-γ水平变化。结果 50例患者均检出过敏原,检出率占前几位的过敏原依次为尘螨类、花粉类、食物添加剂、鱼类混合物、动物皮毛、甲醛。经脱敏治疗基本痊愈20例,显效14例,有效9例,无效7例,有效率68%。慢性荨麻疹患者治疗前血清Ig E及细胞因子IL-4、IL-17、IL-23水平均显著高于健康对照组,IFN-r低于健康对照组(P均<0.01)。患者组治疗后血清Ig E、细胞因子IL-4、IL-17、IL-23较治疗前降低,IFN-r较治疗前升高(P均<0.01)。结论生物共振系统对慢性荨麻疹患者脱敏治疗有效,其作用机制可能是通过调节Ig E、IL-4、IL-17、IL-23、及IFN-γ细胞因子分泌失衡及体液免疫紊乱,从而达到对慢性荨麻疹的治疗作用。Objective To observe the effect of chronic urticaria treated by biological resonance system. and to explore the immunologic mechanism of biological resonance system. Methods 50 patients with chronic urticaria were desensitized by biological resonance system. By using the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method,the serum levels of Ig E,IL- 4,IL- 17,IL- 23 and IFN- r of 50 patients of chronic urticaria and 30 healthy control group were detected. Results Functional recovery in 50 patients with chronic urticaria 20 cases,14 cases were markedly improved,effective 9 cases,invalid 7 cases,the efficient was 68%. Allergic source test results showed: all the 50 cases were detected allergic source,the detection rate of top allergens in the order were: dust mites class,pollen class,food additives,the mixture of fish,animal fur,formaldehyde.Before treatment,the serum level of Ig E,peripheral blood level of IL- 4,IL- 17,IL- 23 of 50 patients were significantly higher than that of healthy control group. The level of IFN- r in patients were significantly lower than healthy control group( P〈0. 01). After treatment,the level of Ig E,IL- 4,IL- 17,IL- 23 decreased significantly while the level of IFN- r increased significantly compared with pretherapy( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Biological resonance desensitization treatment may exert treatment effect on chronic urticaria by regulating of Ig E,IL- 4,IL- 17,IL- 23 and IFN- r cytokine and humoral immune disorder.
