摘　　要：在工业生产中,过程能力指数是衡量一个过程能够满足产品质量要求的程度.在平衡单因素模型下,利用广义置信区间的方法获得了两个过程能力指数差的置信区间.研究了Cpk这类过程能力指数,并用数值模拟评估了文章中提出的方法.模拟结果表明广义置信区间方法在该模型下是有效的.Process capability indices （PCIs） are extensively used statistical measures to assess process performance in manufacturing industry. In this paper, confidence intervals for the differ-ence between PCIs for two processes are derived by the generalized pivotal quantity method in the balanced one-way random. The indices Cpk is considered in this study. The performance of the proposed method is assessed using simulation study. The computational results show that confi-dence intervals method is efficient for this model.
