宁夏中宁县农村地区老年高血压患者用药依从性影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响农村地区老年高血压患者服药依从性的因素,为农村老年高血压疾病的合理控制提供参考。方法抽取宁夏中宁县三个乡的老年高血压患者210人进行问卷调查,了解影响患者用药依从性的各因素暴露情况,分析影响宁夏农村地区老年高血压患者用药依从性的影响因素。结果老年高血压患者服药依从率为31.2%,Logistic回归分析发现控制其他影响因素后,年龄(OR=1.782)、家庭年收入(OR=2.606)和高血压危害知晓情况(OR=3.378)是影响老年高血压患者服药依从性的独立因素。结论规范加大降压药物的经济补偿,加强高血压患者的健康教育,可以提高老年高血压患者服药的依从性。Objective To explore the influencing factors of medication compliance for elderly patients with hypertension in Ningxia rural areas,and to provide scientific bases for the reasonably control of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 210 elderly patients with hypertension from 3 towns were selected to accept the questionnaire survey. The influence factors of medication compliance were analyzed. Results The overall compliance rate of elderly patients was 31. 2%. The outcome of Logistics regression showed that the age,annual household income and the awareness of high blood pressure hazard were the independent factors after controlling other factors. Conclusion The economic compensation of antihypertensive drugs,and the health education of hypertension patients could increase medication compliance of elderly patients.
