摘  要:介绍上海世博轴阳光谷"轴、索、膜"结构中的关键技术——平行钢丝索(PWS)及相关结构的创新设计和施工工艺。拉索钢丝采用国产1 770 MPa级高强度镀锌钢丝,最大索规格为PES7-409;拉索防腐体系由钢丝镀锌层、内层黑色HDPE护层和外层彩色HDPE护层组成;锚具采用流线型叉耳式ZG34Cr2Ni2Mo高强度合金铸钢热铸锚具,锚固锥体中前面3/4部分采用锌铜合金,后面1/4部分采用环氧料进行制锚,减小了热浇注时造成的钢丝强度损失;给出了此类结构拉索安装和张拉的方法。结果表明,非标设计的拉索结构使用性能和外观结构均满足上海世博轴工程的要求。To introduce the innovative design and construction technology of the key technology of"axis,cable,membrane"parallel wire cable structure( PWS) and the related structure for Shanghai Expo axis sunshine valley. Cable wire with domestic 1 770 MPa grade high-strength galvanized steel wire,the largest cable specifications is PES type 7- 409,Cable corrosion protection system is made up of steel wire galvanizing layer,the inner black HDPE sheath and the outer colored HDPE sheath. Anchorage with streamlined fork type high strength alloy cast steel ZG34Cr2Ni2 Mo hot-cast anchor,in front of the anchorage system of 3 /4 part adopts copper zinc alloy,behind a quarter part using epoxy material to anchor,reduces steel wire strength loss resulted from the hot casting. This type structure cable installation and tensioning method is given.Results show that the usage performance and appearance structure of non-standard design cable structure can satisfy the requirements of the Shanghai world expo axis engineering.
