摘　　要：为解决φ40 mm以上钢丝绳压制索具制作弯套时定位费工、费时、效率低、人为影响因素大等问题,研制一种φ190 mm内钢丝绳压制索具弯套机。介绍钢丝绳压制索具的分类、主要制作过程,以及钢丝绳压制索具弯套机的压送绳组件、压套管组件、弯套旋转组件、液压控制部分和工作原理,并总结出钢丝绳压制索具弯套机的特点。A kind of bending machine for pressed steel wire rope sling within diameter 190 mm was researched for solving the problems of time-consuming and labour-consuming when positioning,low efficience and large human factors when producing bending sleeve that used for pressed steel wire rope sling more than diameter 40 mm. The classification of pressed steel wire rope sling,main production process,press and delivery rope components,press sleeve comonents,rotating components of bending sleeve,hydraulic control part and working principle of bending machine of pressed steel wire rope sling are introduced,the characteristic of bending machine of pressed steel wire rope sling is summarized.
