摘　　要：简单概述了铝板带热轧生产线常规重剪发生的一些问题,针对问题提出了改进方式,较为详细地阐述了开口度可调式重型液压剪的设计结构、工作原理和功能特点。通过实际案例表明,设备运行平稳可靠,效果良好,可以大力推广应用。With a brief overview of some problems during conventional close shearing in aluminum strip hot rolling production line, an improved way in the design is proposed to settle the problems. This paper also presents a more detailed description on the structural design, working principle and functional characteristics of the heavy-duty hydraulic shear with adjustable opening; the practical cases demonstrate that this design is smooth and reliable in operation with sound effects and is worth for widespread applications.
