摘  要:针对特大采高综采面回撤阶段调节巷发生异常片帮问题,以大柳塔煤矿52304工作面为研究条件,采用现场实测、数值模拟和理论分析对工作面发生异常片帮的原因进行研究。结果表明:由于超前支承压力的不断转移,当工作面进入调节巷时,回撤通道侧的应力集中系数大于工作面侧,导致调节巷出现回撤通道侧片帮程度大于工作面侧片帮的异常现象。通过采用预先加强支护危险位置,如增加锚杆和锚索的支护数量和对煤体进行注浆加固等措施可有效控制调节巷片帮的发生,保证工作面的安全回撤。Aiming at the problem of the abnormal rib spalling in regulating roadway during last moving of fully mechanized face with super large mining height, taking the No. 52304 fully mechanized coal face of Daliuta Coal Mine as research object, the reason for rib spalling had been studied by using field measurement, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The results showed thatwhen working face advanced to regulating roadway, because the advance support pressure shifted constantly, the stress concentration factor near the equipment remove gatewaywas larger than the factor near the working face,which caused the abnormal phenomenon in regulating roadway that the degree of the rib spalling near the equipment remove gateway was larger than the degree near the working face. Through strengthening support in advance in dangerous positions, such as adding more bolts and anchors and grouting reinforcementin coal, the rib spal- ling could be controlled, which ensured the safety moving of working face.
