摘  要:目的:了解米易县2014年居民全人群死亡状况,为做好全人群死因监测工作提出意见和建议。方法:使用卫生部死因监测数据清洗与分析工具对"中国疾病预防控制系统"的"死因登记报告信息系统"中的数据进行统计分析,按照国际疾病分类ICD-10进行分类统计。结果:2014年米易县共报告户籍人口死亡1456例,其中男性831例,女性625例,男女之比为1.33∶1,死亡率654.11/10万,标化死亡率为515.29/10万。前五位死因顺位:循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、伤害、消化系统疾病,这与国内许多城市和地区的死因顺位相同。结论:循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病等慢性非传染性疾病和伤害是米易县居民主要死因,应加强慢病防控和干预。Objective: To understand the whole crowd death causes of the residents in Miyi country,To put forward opinions and suggestions for all the crowd death monitoring work. Methods: The death cause data obtained from"National death cause registering and reportinginformation system"were analyzed by using the software Death surveillance data cleaning and analysis tools designated by the Ministry of Health and classified according to ICD- 10. Results: Miyi county in 2014,a total of census register population reported 1456 cases of death,among which 831 were male,female 625 cases,the ratio of male and female was 1. 33: 1. The average annual mortality was654. 11 /105 among the residents in Miyi country in 2014,and the standardized mortality was 515. 29 /105. The sequence classification according to the cause of death,the sequence of the top five death: circulatory system disease,malignant tumor,the respiratory system disease,injury,digestive system disease,the same as the sequence of the cause of death in many cities and parts of the country. Conclusion: circulatory system disease,malignant tumor,respiratory system disease,digestive system diseases such as chronic non- communicable diseases and injury is a major cause of death,the miyi county residents work slow disease control and prevention and intervention should be strengthened.
