摘  要:由于光电编码器分辨率的限制,造成基于光电编码器的秒流量液压AGC(Automatic Gauge Control)系统在板厚控制过程中的板厚控制精度达不到要求的问题,采用插入高频脉冲的方式,来提高光电编码器的测速精度,计算结果显示插入高频脉冲后光电编码器的测速误差由原来的1.6%下降到0.04%。为实现高频脉冲的插入设计了一款基于FPGA的秒流量计,并将其应用于秒流量液压AGC系统中,经过实际数据统计,秒流量计和测厚仪测量出的轧机出口侧板厚之间的误差小于0.1%,由此证明秒流量计的板厚测量精度可以满足板厚控制系统的要求。将基于秒流量计的秒流量液压AGC系统应用于冷轧现场显示,该系统控制板厚误差在±5μm以内,且系统具有很好的稳定性、鲁棒性和实用性。According to the issue that the thickness control precision is not met the requirements during the thickness control process by second-flow hydraulic automatic gauge control system due to the limitation of photoelectric encoder resolution, the mode of inserting a high- frequency pulse was used to improve the speed accuracy measured by the photoelectric encoder. The calculation results show that the speed measurement error decreases from 1.6% to 0. 04% . A second-flow meter based on FPGA was designed to realize the high frequen- cy pulse inserting, which is used in the second-flow hydraulic AGC system. The real data statistics indicates that the thicknesses error be- tween the second-flow meter and thickness gauge for lateral plate of mill outlet is less than 0. 1%. Therefore, the thickness accuracy measured by the second-flow meter can meet the requirement of the automatic thickness control system. The second-flow hydraulic AGC system based on the second-flow meter was applied in cold rolling, which brings a thickness control error within ±5μm. As a result, the system is of good stability, high robustness and high practical value.
