活血痹痛膏治疗血瘀寒湿阻络型腰椎骨性关节炎60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察活血痹痛膏治疗血瘀寒湿阻络型腰椎骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将120例血瘀寒湿阻络型腰椎骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组给予活血痹痛膏贴敷,对照组予狗皮膏贴敷,两组均每日1次,治疗2周。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、视觉模拟(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍(ODI)指数,比较两组起效时间及疗效持续效应,治疗后评价临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈4例、显效23例、有效25例,对照组分别为2、15、34例,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候各症状积分及总分,VAS评分及ODI指数均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组腰痛、晨僵积分及总分,VAS评分及ODI指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组腰痛、晨僵及ODI指数的起效时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均有良好的疗效持续效应,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论活血痹痛膏治疗血瘀寒湿阻络型腰椎骨性关节炎疗效肯定,能有效缓解症状,起效快且安全性好。Objective To observe therapeutic effects and safety of Huoxue Bitong Plaster （活血痹痛膏） treating lumbar osteoarthritis with blood-stasis and cold-dampness blocking collaterals syndrome. Methods Randomly divided 120 cases of patients suffering from lumbar osteoarthritis of blood-stasis and cold-dampness blocking collaterals syndrome into the treatment group and the control group, with 60 cases each. The treatment group was given Huoxue Bitong Plaster for application while the control group was given Goupi Plaster for application, both once per day, 2 weeks in total. Compared TCM scores, visual analogue scale （VAS） and Oswestry disability index （ODI） of patients in two groups. Compared the effect onset time and the curative effect durative effect of the two groups. After treatment, evaluated the clinical curative effect. Results There were 4 cases cured＇, 23 cases remarkably effective, and 25 cases effective in the treatment group, while cured, remarkably effective and effective cases in the control group were 2, 15 and 34. The efficacy of treatment group was remarkably superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Integration of each symptom and total score of TCM syndrome, VAS scores and ODI indexes of patients in two groups after treatment all remarkably decreased （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Integration and total scores of lumbar pain and morning stiff- ness, VAS scores and ODI indexes of the treatment group after treatment were all remarkably lower tan that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The onset time of lumbar pain, morning stiffness and ODI indexes of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were good effective duration effect in two groups, and the difference had no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was no remarkable adverse reaction during treatment. Conclusion The curative effects of Huoxue Bitong Plaster （活血痹痛膏） treating lumbar osteoarthritis with blood- stasis and cold-dampness blocking collaterals
