荥输穴透刺配合运动疗法治疗髌骨骨折术后60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察透刺荥输穴联合运动疗法在髌骨骨折术后膝关节功能康复中的疗效。方法髌骨骨折术后患者117例随机分为治疗组60例和对照组57例。两组均采用运动疗法,治疗组同时予以透刺法,取患肢远端荥穴、输穴进行透刺,两组均治疗45天。比较两组患者治疗前后膝关节活动度、膝关节功能及疼痛程度评分,并判定临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者膝关节活动度评分、功能评分均较治疗前明显提高,而疼痛程度评分明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率98.33%,对照组总有效率85.96%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论透刺荥输穴联合运动疗法对髌骨骨折术后膝关节疼痛及功能障碍有显著疗效。Objective To observe therapeutic eitects oi penetrahon needhng to ymg-sprlng ano snu-stream point in combination with kinesitherapy on knee-joint function of postoperative patellar fracture. Methods Totally 117 postoperative patellar fracture were randomly divided into treatment group with 60 cases and control group with 57 cases. Both groups used kinesitherapy, the treatment group additionally used penetration needling method that took ying-spring and shu-stream point of the broken distal limb to penetration needling. Both groups were treated for 45 days. The researchers compared with range of motion, function and grades of pain degree of knee-joint in two groups before and after treatment and determined clinical curative effects. Results After treatment, grades of range of motion and function of knee-joint in two groups increased obviously, but grades of pain degree decreased obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the treatment group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate was 98.33% of the treatment group and 85.96% of the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Penetration needling to ying-spring and shu-stream point in combination with kinesitherapy has significant curative effects to knee-joint pain and dysfunction of postoperative patellar fracture.
