摘 要:以T形接头为研究对象,对其温度场和焊后产生的残余变形进行分析.采用顺序耦合分析方式,对不同材料和结构设计了自适应高温截断方法.基于S355J2G3的材料性质,对截断温度进行阈值优选,建立模拟仿真优劣的评价方式.同时将自适应高温截断策略应用于T形接头算例.结果表明,最优截断温度下的仿真结果与试验值相吻合,确立的评价标准科学合理,提高了位移解的精度并缩短了计算时间,实现了焊接数值模拟的高效性与精确性,并将其扩展应用到如转向架构架侧梁等的大型结构焊接中.The residual temperature field and residual displacement field of a T joint were analyzed in this paper. By a-dopting the sequential coupling analysis,we designed a self-adaption cut-off technique for different materials and structures.Basing on the material properties of S355J2G3,we made the threshold optimization of cutting temperature and established the evaluation method for simulation performance. The results show that the optimal cut-off temperature obtained by this method. In this paper,the simulation results are almost identical with experiment. The self-adaption cut-off temperature technique is ascertained the validity of evaluation method,which improves the accuracy of the displacement solution and decreases the computation time. By using this method in the welding numerical simulation which could realize the efficiency and accuracy. Also,this method could extend to bogie frame of high-speed trains and other large structures.
