摘 要:为了提高活性污泥法的污泥活性和对污水的降解效率,基于磁性作用,采用铁氧体强化活性污泥法作为一种新型的污水生物处理方法,向常规活性污泥法反应器中加入适量磁化后的廉价的铁氧体粉末,提升活性污泥的活性,增加系统中的污泥浓度(MLSS),对农村生活污水中NH3-N进行高效处理,并提高活性污泥沉降速率.研究表明,向生物反应器中投加铁氧体后,反应器的启动时间缩短了2 d;当铁氧体的投加量为375 mg/L和2 500 mg/L时,反应器对NH3-N的去除率分别提高了26%和27%.同时,向生物反应器中投加铁氧体使水力停留时间缩短了1h,并扩大了反应器的适应温度及DO变化范围.本研究成果可以为农村污水深度处理提供一种新思路、新方法.In order to increase the microbial activity and the degradation efficiency of sewage of activated sludge, ferrite enhanced activated sludge process was taken as a new wastewater biological treatment method based on magnetic effect. An appropriate amount of cheap ferrite magnetic powder were added into the conventional activated sludge process reactors to improve the microbial activity, MLSS, the removal efficiency of NH3 - N from wastewater treatment and the deposition rate of activated sludge. The results show that after adding ferrite to the bioreactor, the start-up time for the reactor was cut down by 2 d; when the dosages of ferrite were 375 mg/L and 2 500 mg/L, the removal rates of NH3 -N were increased by 26% and 27% ,respectively. Meanwhile, the hydraulic retention time was reduced by 1 h after adding ferrite to the bioreactor, and the optimum range of temperature and DO of the reactor were expanded. This method can serve as a new method for the rural sewage treatment.
