盐酸左旋咪唑对雏鸡免疫功能及生长性能影响的研究

摘　　要：左旋咪唑(Levamisole)为咪唑衍生物,是兽医临床广泛应用的抗蠕虫药物,作为一种免疫增强剂,可使机体免疫功能由低下状态恢复正常,增强正常机体细胞免疫和体液免疫,且具有改善增重和饲料转化率的作用,并且具有广谱、高效、药源充足、性质稳定等优点。试验研究左旋咪唑对雏鸡免疫功能及生长性能的影响,发现盐酸左旋咪唑可以显著提高鸡的ND抗体滴度,同时也可显著提高脾脏指数和法氏囊指数,并对雏鸡具有显著的增重效果。上述试验结果表明,盐酸左旋咪唑可以提高雏鸡的体液免疫功能,并能在一定程度上提高雏鸡的生长性能。As an derivant of imidazole, levamisole is medicine that widely used to anti helminths inclinic, and it has the fuction of immune enhancement, which could restore the immune function fromlow status to normal, and enhance cellular and humoral immunity, as well as improve the effect ofweight gain and feed conversion rate. Levamisole has advantages, such as broad spectrum, high performance, and resource of medicinal herbs are sufficient, quality of medicine are stable, and so on. Westudied the effects of levamisole on immune response and the growth performance in chickens withsome experiments. The results indicated that levamisole can upgrade the Newcastle Disease（ND） antibody titers and the index of spleen and bursa of Fabricius. In addition, it has significant effect onweight gain of chickens, and also can improve the growth performance of chickens to some extent.
