摘  要:试验旨在研究乳酸菌对肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。选用400只1日龄AA白羽肉仔鸡,随机分成4组,每组5个重复。第Ⅰ组为对照组,第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别为低、中、高剂量组,即在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、2.0%的乳酸冻干菌菌粉。结果表明:1试验前期(1~21日龄),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉鸡均重、平均日增重显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);试验全期(1~42日龄),Ⅲ组的料重比显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。221、42日龄时,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉鸡胸腺指数、脾脏指数显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。321日龄时,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组RBC-CR1显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组RBC-IC显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);42日龄时,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组RBC-CR1、RBC-IC均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。4试验全期,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组对肉鸡T淋巴细胞转化率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。由此而知,添加1%、2%的乳酸冻干菌均能提高肉鸡的生产性能,促进免疫器官的生长发育,提高机体的体液免疫和细胞免疫水平。The purpose of this research was to study the effect of freeze-drying lactic acid bacteria on im-mune function and growth performance of Arbor Acres broiler chicken. 400 1-day-old AA broiler chick-ens were assigned into four groups randomly, each group had five repeats with 20 chickens. The Ⅰgroup was control group, group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were experiment groups, which were added 0.5%, 1.0%,and 2.0% dosage of freeze-drying lactic acid bacteria in the basal diet. The results showed that: 1 Dur-ing early experimental period(1 d to 21 d), compared with the control group, the average weight and dailygain of broilers in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher(P〈0.05), and during the whole experiment,feed/gain(F/G) in group Ⅲ was significantly lower(P〈0.05). 2 The index of thymus, spleen index of age21-day and 42-day broilers in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). 3At the age of 21 days, the RBC-CR1 chaplet percentage of the group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was sig-nificantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05), meanwhile the RBC-IC chaplet percentage of the groupⅢ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05). On 42 d, the RBC-CR1 and RBC-ICchaplet percentage of the group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05). 4The transformation rate of peripheral T lymphocyte of the group Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher thanthe control group(P〈0.05) during the whole experiment. In conclusion, the supplementation both of1.0% and 2.0% freeze- drying lactic acid bacteria can improve the growth performance, promote thegrowth of the immune organs, enhance the level ofhumoral and cellular immunity response.
