风网系统在饲料成套设备的特性及其应用研究

摘　　要：清洁生产和节能减排是饲料工业发展趋势,除尘是关键,风网系统的设计工艺要求越来越重要,文章借助预混料成套设备设计中探讨除尘风网系统的特性,计算选择风网合理性能参数及方案,优化改进结构设计得到一套完整的风网设计系统,使得整个风网系统外观布局美观,投资少,节省空间,减少粉尘散发及能耗配备最佳。Clean production, energy conservation and emission reduction are the feed industry develop-ment trends, dust removal is the key, the wind network system design technical requirements becomemore and more important, this paper rest on premix complete sets of equipment in the design to dis-cuss dust removing wind characteristics of the network system, calculation of wind network perfor-mance parameters and reasonable scheme choice, optimize the structure design to get a complete setof wind network design system, make the wind network system layout and beautiful appearance, less in-vestment, save space, reduce dust and with the best energy consumption.
