长天龄三黄肉鸡使用低蛋白质日粮效果评估

摘　　要：分别在试验场与养户处开展2个试验。一是试验场试验：随机选择长天龄三黄肉鸡1 600只,分为4组（对照组、试验组1、试验组2、试验组3）,每组2个重复,每个重复200只鸡。对照组全程使用常规饲料（36-75日龄使用饲料粗蛋白17%）,试验组1、试验组2、试验组3小鸡阶段（1-35日龄）、大鸡阶段（76日龄至上市）使用常规饲料,中期阶段（36-75日龄）使用低蛋白日粮,且饲料粗蛋白质含量各不相同,但其中可消化必需氨基酸含量一致。试验结果表明,试验各组上市肉鸡料重比差异不显著（P〉0.05）,试验组1中鸡使用饲料粗蛋白质14%,其上市肉鸡只鸡利润最高,比对照组高了1.15元/只;二是养户试验：随机选取长天龄三黄肉鸡养户8个,分成4组（对照组1、对照组2、试验组1、试验组2）,每组2个养户,每个养户大约8 000只鸡。其中对照组1、试验组1限量饲喂,对照组2、试验组2自由采食。试验结果表明,试验组1（使用低蛋白日粮且限量喂料）上市肉鸡出现较多＂啄毛＂鸡,次鸡率最高,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结果表明,使用低蛋白日粮条件下,不宜采取限量喂料方式。Respectively in the two tests proving ground and farmers. The test results showthat the experimental group listed chicken feed weight ratio was not significant（P〉0.05）, the experimen-tal group 1 chicken feed crude protein 14%, its highest listed broiler chickens profit, higher than thecontrol group by 1.15 yuan per bird; Secondly, the farmers experiment： random long days three yellowchicken eight, of a divided into four groups（control group 1, the control group 2, experimental group 1,group 2）, each group of two families, each have about 8 000 chickens. The control group 1, experimen-tal group 1 limited feeding, the control group 2, experimental group 2 free feed intake. The test resultsshow that the experimental group 1（using low protein diet and limited feeding） listed poultry appearmore ＂ pecked feather＂ Defective ratio of chicken highest rate, the significant difference（P〈0.05）. Showthat the use of low protein diet condition, shouldnot be limited feeding ways.
