刈割措施对紫花苜蓿根系内可溶性糖含量及返青率的影响

摘　　要：为了研究刈割措施对紫花苜蓿根系内可溶性糖含量及返青率的影响,本试验以留茬高度5-8 cm为对照组设置0、2-5 cm、8-11 cm三个留茬高度处理;以一年刈割4次为对照组设置一年刈割1次、2次、3次三个刈割频次处理,测定各处理根系内可溶性糖含量,并进行方差分析,翌年测定各处理组的返青率。结果表明：根系内可溶性糖含量在整体上呈现先下降后上升的趋势,在刈割最后一茬紫花苜蓿后,A3（刈割留茬高度为8-11 cm）处理根系内可溶性糖含量和返青率值分别为89.41 mg/g和81.2%,B3（一年刈割3次）处理为81.87 mg/g和86.6%,均为各处理组中最优值。基于刈割措施会极显著影响返青率,本试验推荐银川地区以一年刈割3次为宜,末茬留茬高度8-11 cm。In order to study the effect of cradling measures on soluble sugar content in root of alfalfaand green rate. In this experiment, setting 5-8 cm as the control group settings with 0 cm,2-5 cm, 8-11 cm stubble height for treatment, setting cutting frequency were 4 times a year as the control groupsettings with1,2,3 times a year for treatment, to test soluble sugar content in all measures, and makethe analysis of variance, then test the green rate in next year. The results showed that： the soluble sug-ar content in all measures and green rate in next year after mowing the last time of alfalfa, and the sol-uble sugar content and green rate in measure of A3（the stubble height is 8-11 cm）is 89.41 mg/g and81.2%, and measure of B3（mow 3 times in a year） is 81.87 mg/g and 86.6%,and they are the optimalmeasure in all measures. Based on the mowing measure will significantly affect the green rate, the testrecommends it is advisable to mow 3 times a year in Yinchuan, and the last stubble height is 8-11 cm.
