摘  要:文章旨在研究燕麦、羊草和苜蓿草粉碎粒度对其休止角、堆积密度和滑角的影响,在此基础上确定了料仓卸料口尺寸和最小下料倾角。分别以三种牧草为试验材料,经粉碎成筛网孔径为0.5、1、1.5 mm三个样品,每组随机分为3个处理组,每个处理组进行5次重复试验。结果表明:3种牧草的粉碎粒度对休止角、堆积密度和滑角有显著影响(P<0.01),并且随着草粉粉碎粒度的增大,圆锥形料仓卸料口尺寸增大,料仓最小下料倾角减小。牧草粉碎粒度对其摩擦特性有影响,因此,在料仓结构设计时应根据储存物料的粒度选择适宜的参数。This paper aims to study the effects of the oat hay, Chinese wildrye and alfalfa particle size on the repose angle, bulk density and slip angle. And the conical bin discharge port and the minimum angle of inclination were calculated. Three kinds of forage were grinded into 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mm respectively. The each group was randomly divided into 3 treatment groups and each treatment group was repeated 5 times. The results show that:particle size of three forages has a significant influence on the angle of repose, bulk density and slip angle (P〈0.01). with the increased granularity of meal conical hopper discharge port size increases, the minimum silo inclination angle decreases. Forages grinding particle size has effects on the friction characteristics, therefore, the raw materials particle size should be taken into accounted for the bar structure design.
