摘 要:通过在蓝狐干粉饲料中添加不同种类的饲料调味剂,筛选出蓝狐喜欢的调味剂种类,并考察调味剂对蓝狐采食量和采食行为的影响。采用自由选择法试验,蓝狐自由采食对照组及试验组饲粮,试验组饲粮调味剂包括酸化剂、大蒜素、果香型、奶香型、玉米香型、鱼腥香、肠香型、鸡肉香和肝脏香等9种。选取准备配种期体重相近的健康蓝狐36只,随机分成9组,每组4只,公母各半,单笼饲养。试验期6 d,每只蓝狐提供2个料盆,同时饲喂试验组和对照组饲粮,笼箱顶端安装摄像头监控蓝狐采食行为。结果表明,蓝狐对不同饲粮试验组和对照组表现出不同的采食行为,肝脏香、鸡肉香和玉米香型组偏嗜指数高于其他组;肝脏香型、鸡肉香型和玉米香型组蓝狐采食速度明显高于对照组和其他试验组饲粮,酸化剂试验组蓝狐采食速度低于对照组。试验从9种饲料调味剂中筛选出玉米香、鸡肉香和肝脏香对蓝狐有显著的诱食效果,为配制提高蓝狐适口性,增加饲料转化率,提高生产性能的配合饲料提供理论数据支持。This experiment was conducted to screen the adaptive flavoring agents for blue fox, and investigate the effect on feed intake and foraging behavior by adding different feed flavoring agents in powder feed. Using free-choice method, the experimental diet included 9 feed flavoring agents, acidifying flavors, allicin, fruit flavor, milk flavor, corn flavor, fishy flavor, bowel flavor, chicken flavor and liver flavor. Thirty-six healthy blue foxes with similar body weight of prepare breeding period were randomly divided into nine groups, four in each group, half male and half female with single cages, 6 days trial period, each fox was offered two bowls, while the control and the experimental groups were fed at the same time. Surveillance cameras were installed to monitor the feeding behavior. The results showed that blue foxes exhibited different feeding behaviors with different feed flavoring agents. Index preference of liver flavor, chicken flavor and corn flavor were higher than the other groups; the feed rate of liver flavor, chicken flavor and corn fla-vor were significantly higher than the other groups, the feeding speed of acidifying flavors was lower than the control groups. This experiment screened the corn flavor, chicken flavor and liver flavor had significant attractant effects on blue fox, which provided data for compounding the blue fox feed to support the theory that choosing adaptive feed flavoring agents could im-prove feed palatability, increase feed conversion rate and improve production performance.
